The property was clean and staff was attentive and excellent. Excellent service, even though a few employees were not very helpful. The location in a new area was quiet and excellent. I usually went to Derby Supper Bar to grab a bite. The hotel restaurant was pleasant for the staff & dining. I stayed here during the trip and appreciated it.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was amazing. My room was spacious and complete with the bedroom, a great view and a very nice modern decor. Great and quiet location close enough to the tram, and the main centre, I felt safe.

Our twin room had an iron/ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk. The location was excellent - next to restaurant, Blackpool and the sea.
